    Abstract: A self-generation device, including: a piezoelectric patch; a vibration structure including an elastic element and a mass block connected to the elastic element; a vibration trigger structure which has a trigger threshold and is resilient, a bottom surface of the mass block is in contact with the vibration trigger structure. The elastic element is capable of driving the vibration trigger structure to press against the piezoelectric patch through the mass block after receiving a force; when a driven force exerted on the vibration trigger structure is greater than the trigger threshold, the vibration structure generates vibrations, so that the piezoelectric patch receives an alternating load and generates multiple deformations in a deformation space, a mechanical energy generated due to the vibrations of the mass block can be converted into electrical energy, and an electric energy production can be greatly increased.

    Abstract: A method for preparing 1,3-diacylglycerol by immobilizing Sn-2 lipase. The present application obtains the Sn-2 lipase adsorbed by the macroporous resin by adsorbing the Sn-2 lipase on the resin, cross-links and immobilizes the Sn-2 lipase, and obtains 1,3-diglycerol by one-step hydrolysis with the lipase. The method improves the utilization times, hydrolysis activity and specificity of the Sn-2 lipase during hydrolysis, and determines the optimal parameters by improving the experimental conditions. This makes up for the shortcomings of immobilization and realizes the one-step hydrolysis of 1,3-diacylglycerol. Under optimal conditions, the hydrolase activity of immobilized lipase CAL-A is 1937.86U/g, and the immobilization rate can reach 94.49%, and has good operational stability and storage stability. Secondly, the DAG content can reach 36.

A tissue region candidate, of a region indicating a tissue of the subject, is set on the basis of the reception signal. State information, which is information relevant to a state of the tissue in the tissue region candidate, is calculated on the basis of the reception signal and the tissue region candidate. An ultrasonic image reflecting the state information is generated on the basis of the state information and displayed.

The container has a pressure reducing unit that holds the target region in the container by reducing a pressure in the container of which the opening is covered with the target region. According to the present invention, since it is possible to maintain a shape close to a predetermined shape when the target region of a breast or the like is inserted into a container filled with the liquid, it is possible to measure the target region with high accuracy by transmitting and receiving ultrasound.
