  • Publication number: 20210373793
Abstract: Disclosed is a data self-destructing method and system based on a non-volatile memory. The method comprises: partitioning a memory module into different storage areas; causing the data to be self-destructed within a specific hold time in different areas; or dynamically selecting a read/write manner for each storage area so as to perform different read/write operations; setting, by a user, a self-destruction time on his/her own discretion. The system comprises a storage data interface, a storage area, and a storage data switching center, and the non-volatile memory controller has a storage area analysis module and a storage mode control module. The present disclosure is based on physical properties of the non-volatile memory. Data self-destruction within a fixed time is implemented based on a fabrication process and the physical properties of the memory per se.

  • Publication number: 20210287674
Abstract: Various methods, systems, and apparatus are disclosed with improved imposter rejection for keyword recognition systems in a wearable device. Speech signals are measured by a microphone and a vibration sensor, the vibration sensor configured to measure vibrations in the body of a wearer of the device. An audio signal from the microphone and a vibration signal from the vibration sensor are input into a classifier to determine whether the wearer of the device spoke the keyword. In some embodiments, high-frequency components of a signal from the microphone may be combined with low-frequency components of a signal from the vibration sensor to generate a combined speech signal. The classifier may use a classification model trained with positive training data of the wearer speaking the keyword and negative training data of a non-wearer speaking the keyword.

  • Patent number: 9857189
Abstract: A navigation system for an electric vehicle includes an electrical energy storing device having a currently-available energy and a controller. The electric vehicle is at least partially operated by a driver. An off-board control module is operatively connected to a remote server and configured to communicate with the controller. The controller has a processor and tangible, non-transitory memory on which is recorded instructions for executing a method of determining a preferred route for travelling from a start location to an end location. The controller is programmed to obtain respective energy consumption for each of a plurality of routes based at least partially on a driving style profile of the driver.

  • Patent number: 9576490
Abstract: A navigation system for a transportation device, such as a vehicle, includes a controller and is at least partially operated by a driver. An off-board control module is operatively connected to a remote server and configured to communicate with the controller. The off-board control module is not physically connected to the controller. The controller has a processor and tangible, non-transitory memory on which is recorded instructions for executing a method of determining a personalized route for travelling from a start location to an end location. The controller is programmed to divide each of the plurality of routes into a respective plurality of nodes, such that adjacent ones of the plurality of nodes define a respective path (i). The personalized route is selected based at least partially on a weighted consumption score reflecting various preferences of the driver, such as fuel consumption, speed, distance travelled and other preferences.
