  • Patent number: 7387923
Abstract: A PbTiO3/SiO2-gated ISFET device comprising a PbTiO3 thin film as H+-sensing film, and a method of forming the same. The PbTiO3 thin film is formed through a sol-gel process which offers many advantages, such as, low processing temperature, easy control of the composition of the film and easy coating over a large substrate. The PbTiO3/SiO2 gated ISFET device of the present invention is highly sensitive in aqueous solution, and particularly in acidic aqueous solution. The sensitivity of the present ISFET ranges from 50 to 58 mV/pH. In addition, the disclosed ISFET has high linearity. Accordingly, the disclosed ISFET can be used to detect effluent.

  • Publication number: 20070115016
Abstract: A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag with embedded memory testing scheme and the method of testing the same is disclosed, in which the RFID tag is comprised of an analog block, a digital block and a memory block. Operationally, as the analog block receives and demodulates a memory self-test signal issued from a reader, the memory block is driven to issue a non-digital memory state signal to be received by the analog block where it is being converted into a digital memory state signal, and then the digital memory state signal is being transmitted to the digital block for enabling the same to make an evaluation to determine whether the received digital memory state signal fall within the range representing the memory is in good condition, and thereafter, the evaluation is send to the reader by the RFID tag so as to enable the reader to select a posterior process to be perform accordingly.

  • Publication number: 20040245249
Abstract: A container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the invention has an outer body made of a metal material and provided with perforated holes thereon, and an insert body made of a plastic material, whereby the insert body is first heated with high temperature, inserted into the outer body, and then fed in blow air with a blowing machine so that the insert body is expanded and attached to an inner surface of the outer body and further extended into and filled up the perforated holes so as to be tightly bonded with the outer body to form an integral one. The container will represent a three-dimensional and multi-layered aestheticism to increase its commercial value; the metal-made outer body can reinforce the rigidness of the container to be more durable in use; the plastic-made insert body is convenient for cleaning an interior of the container.

  • Publication number: 20020153379
Abstract: A liquor-icing vessel includes an outer vessel and an inner vessel combined together. The outer vessel has a hollow interior and a narrow opening formed in an upper end, and the inner vessel has a flange around the opening and an annular groove formed between the flange and the wall of the opening for the wall of the opening of the outer vessel to fit therein from under when the inner vessel is deposited in the hollow interior of the outer vessel half filled with ice cubes. Then the liquor bottle with liquor stored inside may be cooled by the inner vessel, which is then cooled by the ice cubes or water molten in the outer vessel. Thus the ice cubes or water does not wet the liquor bottle.
