  • Patent number: 8360763
Abstract: A blown film extrusion device includes a blow head and an outer cooling ring mountable on a top of the blow head. The cooling ring has an annular support surface on its bottom and can be centered relative to the blow head via centering devices. The centering devices are formed by at least three radially arranged linear guides, each of which has a radially extending recess and at least one guide element engaging in the recess.

  • Patent number: 7845844
Abstract: An extruder device includes an extruder worm and a worm drive that has a drive motor, which is provided with a rotor. The rotor is connected to the extruder worm during operation in such a way that the rotor and extruder worm rotate at the same speed during operation. The rotor can be connected to detachable torque-transmitting elements which transmit torque between the rotor and the extruder worm and which can be detached when refitting occurs. The detachable torque-transmitting elements include a torque-transmission point at which torque is transmitted from a bushing to a connecting section which is at least partially encompassed by the bushing. The torque-transmission point in an axial direction is located outside the rotor.

  • Publication number: 20070166421
Abstract: The invention relates to an extruder device comprising an extruder worm (4) and a worm drive (1,2) comprising a drive motor (1), which is provided with a rotor (8). The rotor (8) is connected to the extruder worm (4) during operation in such a way that the rotor (8) and extruder worm (4) rotate at the same speed during operation. The rotor can be connected to detachable torque-transmitting elements (6, 14, 15) which transmit torque between the rotor (8) and the extruder worm (4) and which can be detached when refitting occurs. The detachable torque-transmitting elements (6, 14, 15) include a torque-transmission point at which torque is transmitted from one bushing (14) to a connecting section which is at least partially encompassed by the bushing (14). The torque-transmission point in an axial direction is located outside the rotor (8).
