  • Patent number: 10871413
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a pressure sensor is shown, wherein the pressure sensor comprises a port element with a sealing structure and a membrane. Four strain gages will be attached to the membrane. The gages are used in a Wheatstone bridge to sense the fluid pressure. A first finite element action determines a first contour around the membrane central axis with equal compressive strain and a second contour around the membrane central axis with equal tensile strain wherein when fluid pressure is applied to the membrane strain on the first contour is opposite strain on the second contour. A second finite element action determines the four positions of the strain gages on the first and second contour such that the difference between the highest error signal and the lowest error signal at the output of the Wheatstone bridge is minimal under influence of parasitic forces.

  • Patent number: 7467891
Abstract: A sensor arrangement (1) for measuring a pressure and a temperature in a fluid is disclosed. The sensor arrangement (1) comprises a temperature sensitive electrical element (3) and a pressure sensing electrical element (6), the temperature sensitive electrical element (3) and pressure sensing electrical element (6) are both coupled to one side of a metallic membrane structure (4,16). The metallic membrane structure is arranged to pass on the temperature of the fluid which is at the other side of the membrane structure (4,16) to the temperature sensitive electrical element (3) and to pass on the pressure in the fluid to the pressure sensing electrical element (6). In this way a combined pressure and temperature sensor is obtained which is applicable in vehicle air-conditioning systems working with CO2 as refrigerant.

  • Patent number: 7171726
Abstract: A hinge construction comprising two hinge members provided with a guide track. The guide tracks of each of the hinge members comprise at least three substantially flat, circular segment-shaped track parts, which each extend between first and second track ends and which are distributed at uniform intermediate distances over a corresponding circular circumference, so that the track parts of the hinge members pairwise form a guide for at least one guide element. The hinge members are pivotable relative to each other between a first angular position in which the guide elements are received in the guides so as to be displaceable along the track parts, and a second angular position in which the guide elements are received in the guides so as to be clamped between first and second track ends of the track parts.
