The liquid composition includes (i) a vegetable pulp containing insoluble vegetable fibre, a fruit pulp containing insoluble fruit fibre or a mixture thereof, wherein the vegetable pulp, fruit pulp or mixture thereof is in an amount of 55 to 99 wt. %; (ii) surfactant in an amount of 0.9 to 40 wt. %; and (iii) hydrocolloid in an amount of 0.1 to 15 wt. %, the amounts being based on the total combined amount of pulp, surfactant and hydrocolloid.
