  • Publication number: 20190239989
Abstract: A cap for fastening a denture on an anchoring element has a projecting part pointing radially inwards which co-operates with a circumferential groove on the anchoring element, thus forming a retention element such that the cap can be releasably fastened on the anchoring element. The cap has a conical end portion located below the retention element, the end portion at least partially surrounding, in the fastened state, a corresponding outer surface of the anchoring element.

  • Patent number: 9907629
Abstract: A dental prosthetic arrangement and a dental prosthetic system include a combination of a lower part assigned to a jaw implant and an upper part assigned to a prosthesis body in a connection section, wherein in particular two bearing faces are produced in the connection section when in the connected state, the bearing faces being cylindrical, preferably circular-cylindrical in relation to a center axis and being spaced apart from each other in the axial direction. The axial extent of the cylindrical bearing faces is advantageously small compared to the axial extent of the connection section. The two cylindrical bearing faces are preferably situated in axially opposite end regions of the connection section and are connected to each other by approximately conical wall faces of a cut-out in the upper part and a projection of the lower part that projects into the latter.

  • Patent number: 9301818
Abstract: The invention relates to an angled abutment for a dental-prosthetic arrangement, in which the abutment is divided into a first sub-component and a second sub-component, wherein the first sub-component can be fixed by means of a fixing screw to an implant and has a tool opening through which a tool is able to engage to reach the screw head of the fixing screw. After the first sub-component has been fixed to an implant, the second sub-component can be connected to the first sub-component, preferably via a screwed connection, and at the same time completely covers the tool opening of the first sub-component. A retaining structure facing away from the first sub-component is formed on the second sub-component and interacts with a counter-retaining structure on a prosthesis to provide a releasable connection, which can be produced without tools, between the abutment and the prosthesis.
