    Abstract: A container with a screw cap having a compartment for holding a liquid or powdery material is disclosed. The compartment comprises a wall which engages with the inner side of the screwed sleeve of the container and a bottom section which is connected to the cap in such a manner that in opening the container the bottom section releases the contents of the compartment. The bottom section may be a disc which abuts against the lower edge of the wall of the compartment and which is connected to the cap.
