  • Patent number: 5158635
Abstract: A connecting member for filter bags or the like used for collecting dust has a main body secured to the filter bag, which main body has a multi-ply structure of board or cardboard. The main body has a passageway therethrough for facilitating the passage of dust into the filter bag. A slide gate is arranged on the main body between two plies of the main body and a handle thereon projects laterally beyond the main body and is movable between a moved in position leaving the passage opening uncovered and a moved out position shutting it. The main body is folded from a single piece of material cutout along preset fold lines. The plies of the main body placed on top of each other after folding are bonded together. The slide gate is at least partly a component of the cutout and is connected with the rest of the cutout via preset tear lines so that the slide gate may be torn off to the side after folding and bonding.

  • Patent number: 5072837
Abstract: An improved multiple garment hanging device is for simultaneously hanging and storing several articles of clothing or the like on a clothes hanger rod, which includes a rigid bar having a plurality of holes extending therethrough for receipt of clothes hanging elements therein, a pair of hooks pivotably mounted at opposite ends of the rigid bar, the pair of hooks being substantially alignable toward each other for being held by a human hand for supporting the garment hanging device at least during insertion of the clothes hanging elements in the holes of the rigid bar. The rigid bar has a central plane and a longitudinal axis lying within the central plane, and the plurality of holes are separated one from the other and displaced along the longitudinal axis, with each of the holes extending substantially perpendicular to the central plane. The rigid bar has a pivot hole at each of the opposite ends thereof which extends substantially perpendicular to the central plane.

  • Patent number: 5065915
Abstract: A garment hanger for supporting several articles of clothing. The garment hanger has a plurality of U-shaped carrying bars that are telescopically, rotatably and slidably mounted in a carrying element. The garment hanger can be hung on a closet clothes bar so that a plurality of articles can be hung in a narrow space. The garment hanger is configured so that if one of the carrying bars is pulled out, the carrying bars that remain in position act as counter weights to balance the entire garment hanger system.
