    Abstract: A game apparatus for throwing aerial projectiles such as water balloons, baseballs, etc., into the air, the preferred embodiment being substantially a plastic ring connected to a pouch by multiple elastic thrust bands, with the pouch being held to the ground by a foot strap and the ring being positioned in front of and over the head of the user, whereby, when the foot strap is released, the projectile is hurled through the center of the ring into the air.
