  • Publication number: 20210160217
Abstract: A client node (CN) requests content from an access node (AN). Rule set ACR_CN is provided to CN and AN and ACR_AN is used by AN. A request sent by CN in violation of ACR_CN may be blocked and cause AN to block subsequent requests from CN that would be allowed per ACR_CN. A request blocked according to ACR_AN but not ACR_CN is blocked but subsequent requests may still be allowed according to ACR_CN and ACR_AN. Authenticated distribution of the ACR_CN and ACR_AN may be performed in cooperation with a controller using authenticated tokens (AT).

  • Patent number: 10995050
Abstract: A process for purification of a crude product stream recovered from the production of an unsaturated carboxylic acid by an aldolization reaction is disclosed. The product stream comprises the unsaturated carboxylic acid, aldehyde, saturated carboxylic acid, water, non-condensable vapours and optionally heavy by-products. The process comprises: providing the crude product stream in the vapour phase to a first separation column operated at a temperature and pressure to form an intermediate product stream comprising product unsaturated carboxylic acid, a portion of the water from the feed stream, a portion of the saturated carboxylic acid and heavy by-products where present; and passing the intermediate product stream to a second separation column operated at a temperature and pressure such that the unsaturated carboxylic acid product is separated and recovered.

  • Patent number: 10968157
Abstract: A process for purification of a crude product stream recovered from the production of acrylic acid by an aldolisation reaction is disclosed. The product stream comprises acrylic acid, formaldehyde, water, non-condensable vapours and optionally heavy by-products. The process comprises: providing the crude product stream in the vapour phase to a first separation column operated at a temperature and pressure to form an intermediate overhead stream comprising water, formaldehyde and methanol; and passing said intermediate overhead stream to a formaldehyde separation column operated at a temperature and pressure to enable a stream having a higher formaldehyde concentration than the formaldehyde concentration in the intermediate overhead stream to be formed and recovered from at or near the bottom of the formaldehyde separation column as a formaldehyde enriched stream.

  • Patent number: 10785161
Abstract: A method is provided by which a network adapter device receives a packet sent over a network from a peer, the packet including an enqueue timestamp indicating when the packet has been enqueued at the network adapter device. The network adapter device parses a header of the packet to detect whether the header includes bits indicating that the peer device is experiencing congestion, and obtains packet metadata of the packet and the enqueue timestamp of the packet. The network adapter device compares the packet metadata with information in a flow table to identify an entry in the flow table corresponding to a flow to which the packet metadata matches. The network adapter device sets a timer associated with the flow, the timer for use in scheduling transmission of a next packet provided by the host to be sent to the peer.
