  • Patent number: 10777394
Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure generally relate to methods for cleaning processing chambers. More specifically, implementations described herein relate to methods for determining processing chamber cleaning endpoints. In some implementations, a “virtual sensor” for detecting a cleaning endpoint is provided. The “virtual sensor” is based on monitoring trends of chamber foreline pressure during cleaning of the chamber, which involves converting solid deposited films on the chamber parts into gaseous byproducts by reaction with etchants like fluorine plasma for example. Validity of the “virtual sensor” has been confirmed by comparing the “virtual sensor” response with infrared-based optical measurements. In another implementation, methods of accounting for foreline pressure differences due to facility design and foreline clogging over time.

  • Patent number: 10446059
Abstract: A hand motion interpretation and communication apparatus for continuously translating hand motions as they represent sign-language into words and phrases to allow for rapid audio and visual communication of that sign-language. Hand motions are converted into electronic signals by eight variable-resistance flex sensors located on the fingers, one accelerometer, and one inertial momentum unit. Movement and positional signals are carried to a central processing unit to be transliterated. The accurate positional signals are interpreted and compared to an internal library of vocabulary. Recognized vocabulary can be immediately displayed as text or vocalized as speech via a speech synthesizer. The internally powered apparatus is completely portable and flexible allowing for free movement of the hand, wrist, fingers, and body.

  • Publication number: 20170147581
Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media can determine at least one content item to be shared. One or more applications to share the content item can be determined. The applications can be ranked based at least in part on one or more criteria. The ranked applications can be provided as a set of options. A user operating the computing device is able to select at least one of the options to share the content item through the application associated with the option.

  • Patent number: 7841332
Abstract: The present invention concerns a burner assembly that includes a burner body having a combustible gas chamber from which a combustible gas is distributed to a plurality of burner ports at which the combustible gas can be combusted and a stability chamber in gas-flow communication with the combustible gas chamber for maintaining the combustion of the combustible gas in the stability chamber whenever the combustion of the combustible gas at the plurality of burner ports is disturbed, whereby the combustion of the combustible gas at the plurality of the burner ports may be resumed upon the cessation of the disturbance. The burner assembly can also include a burner cap for closing off the top of the burner body so as to substantially preclude the escape of the combustible gas from the combustible gas chamber, the stability gas chamber and the burner ports at the top of the burner body.

  • Publication number: 20050236392
Abstract: A cooking device for cooking an item where the device includes an input for a source of cooking energy; a cooking element for applying the cooking energy to the item; a cooking control for controlling the application of the cooking energy to the item; a lockout selectable for preventing application of the cooking energy to the cooking element, the lockout being non-selectable when the cooking control is activated; and a user interface, the interface providing an indication of selection of the lockout in response to a user attempt to activate the cooking control when the lockout is selected.

  • Publication number: 20050142511
Abstract: A multiple gas burner assembly has two burners spaced apart by a bridge burner. An axis extending through the first and third burner intersects the perimeter of the bridging second burner. The second burner provides a means for providing a substantially continuous flame perimeter and continuous heating intermediate the first burner and third burner when the three burners are lit.
