    Abstract: A bag transformable into a tablecloth comprised of a bag manufactured from paper or a similar material having a quadrangular shape, the bag having tearing or controlled breaking means on which a thermal material lamina is incorporated. A plastic material or similar lamina is incorporated on one or each of the bag surfaces. The lamina is provided with reinforcement and with openings on the upper part constituting handles. The laminas are printed on one or both faces, able to be separated from the central body for forming tablecloths, having an identical width and longer length than the central body or a shorter length, as may be selected.
