Publication number: 20240144353Abstract: A system according to certain aspects of the disclosure provides drug pricing information from multiple PBMs to users. For example, the system may obtain, calculate, and/or estimate drug prices that are available under contracts or agreements between PBMs and various pharmacies. These prices may be prices of drugs for purchase at the various pharmacies. In response to requests for prices of particular drugs, the system can display relevant prices. For example, the system displays a price for each pharmacy chain and/or displays prices for a particular geographical area. The users can compare the prices for a particular drug and determine which pharmacy they would like to purchase the drug from. The system can provide a discount coupon that allows the users to purchase the drug at the price listed by the system at the selected pharmacy.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 5, 2023Publication date: May 2, 2024Inventors: Trevor Zachary Bezdek, Douglas Joseph Hirsch, Scott Andrew Marlette, William Raymond McClure, Andrew David Slutsky

Publication number: 20240085266Abstract: A volumetric detection system (or leak tester) is disclosed herein. While the system can have any suitable feature, in some cases, it includes a displacement mechanism (such as a programmable stepper motor), a controllable element (such as a piston) that is coupled to the displacement mechanism, a containment chamber that receives a portion of the controllable element, a sensing unit (or sensor) that is configured to measure a backpressure from a device that is being tested, a computational unit (or processor) that is configured to determine a placement of the controllable element within the chamber, and a coupler (or attachment mechanism) that is configured to couple to the device that is to be tested. In some cases, the system functions without being coupled to a compressed air source. Other implementations are described.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 8, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Applicant: Zaxis, Inc.Inventors: Scott C. Publication number: 20230139730Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-edge saw blade for use with an oscillating tool that provides multiple cutting edges that can be used sequentially as each cutting edge becomes worn-out or damaged. The multi-edge saw blade includes a first row of cutting teeth arranged across its distal edge and a row of perforations situated across the distal end of the blade and spaced a distance behind the first row of cutting teeth. In some aspects, the multi-edge saw blade further includes at least one additional row of perforations, each situated a spaced distance behind the row of perforations before it. Responsive to a twisting force applied orthogonally to the plane of the blade, each blade edge can be removed from the blade to reveal a fresh row of cutting teeth. The multi-edge saw blade further includes an attachment socket on its proximate end.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 29, 2022Publication date: May 4, 2023Inventors: William Zachary Ward, Mark Anderson Wilson

Publication number: 20210222546Abstract: A method for evaluating hydraulic fracturing places distinctive tracers in each of the fractured regions around a number of production wellbores. For example, these tracers can by carried in the fracking fluid. Preferably, the tracers are embedded in the proppant material carried by the fracking fluid to more accurately reflect the extent of the resulting fractures. An observation wellbore is then drilled to transect these fractured regions in series. As drilling progresses into each fractured region, the distinctive tracer for that fractured region can be recovered in the observation wellbore. This information can be used to determine the location and extent of the fractured regions. Gaps or regions of overlap between adjacent fractured regions can also be identified. In addition, the observation wellbore allows other types of evaluation of the fractured regions, such as visual inspection of fractures by camera.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 9, 2020Publication date: July 22, 2021Applicant: Great Western Petroleum, LLCInventors: Jason Francis Brand, Damon Thomas Parker, Willis Eugene Wilcoxon, JR., Tyrel Roy Woodworth, Dana Morgan Hanneman, Jessica Lynn Barhaug, William Zachary Warren

Patent number: 10728732Abstract: A notification of an emergent condition is provided. A mobile device application executing on the processor of a user device, and communicates with a server system over a telecommunications network, which generally comprises the public Internet. The mobile device user includes a “dead man's switch” control, which begins the emergency notification process if released. The emergency alert process uses a central case management server to provide a uniform interface into key data, reducing the need for operators to provide information verbally.Type: GrantFiled: April 26, 2019Date of Patent: July 28, 2020Inventors: William Zachary Winkler, Christopher Chad Womack, Aaron Mikkael Kunnemann

Publication number: 20200178501Abstract: A system and method for a feeder. The feeder has a stand with a planar face. Below the stand is at least one leg which supports the stand. Extending upward from the face is at least one support and a spreader. A barrel is coupled to the at least one support. A hole in the bottom of the barrel allows feed to flow from the barrel to the downstream spreader. The system and method provide a feeder which can be filled without the use of a ladder.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 10, 2019Publication date: June 11, 2020Inventor: William Zachary GATES

Patent number: 8775672Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes retrieving a playlist for a video stream of video content for a client. The playlist is for portions of video content for the video stream. A traffic shaping service determines a set of rules for the playlist for a set of portions in the plurality of portions where each rule is associated with a network condition. For each rule, the method performs: dynamically allocating a port and setting a network condition to apply to the port according to the rule. During playback of the video content, the traffic shaping service receives a request for a portion from the client and determines a port associated with the request for the portion. The method then sends a traffic shaped portion through the determined port where the network condition is applied to the traffic shaped portion based on the network condition being set on the port.Type: GrantFiled: June 13, 2012Date of Patent: July 8, 2014Assignee: Hulu, LLCInventors: Lyudmil Vladimirov Antonov, Andrew Sherman Carter, Daniel Honig Bear, William Zachary Patrick Holt

Publication number: 20130339500Abstract: In one embodiment, a method receives a request for a video stream of video content from a client. A playlist for the video stream is retrieved. The playlist is for a plurality of portions of video content. A traffic shaping service adjusts the playlist for a set of portions in the plurality of portions according to a set of rules where adjusting allows the service to perform traffic shaping for the set of portions. The method then sends the adjusted playlist to the client. During playback of the video content at the client, the traffic shaping service receives a request for a portion in the set of portions from the client using the adjusted playlist. The method determines a rule to apply to the portion where the rule is associated with a network condition and simulates the network condition for the portion to perform the traffic shaping service.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 13, 2012Publication date: December 19, 2013Applicant: HULU LLCInventors: Lyudmil Vladimirov Antonov, Andrew Sherman Carter, Daniel Honig Bear, William Zachary Patrick Holt

Patent number: 4082134Abstract: A machine is disclosed for producing rigid sand cores from a molding mixture of a refractory granular material such as sand and a hardenable binder. These rigid sand cores then are used in foundries for metal casting. The machine of the present invention is capable of producing several different types of rigid sand cores including hollow shell sand cores, hot box cores and cold box cores. The machine includes means for curing the molding mixture used to produce shell sand cores and hot box cores by applying heat to the molding mixture after it is placed in a core or molding box. Other means are provided in the machine for curing cold box cores by applying a gas catalyst to the molding mixture after it is placed in the core box. The machine of the present invention is automatically controlled by a circuit arrangement which can be programmed by the machine operator.Type: GrantFiled: October 27, 1976Date of Patent: April 4, 1978Assignee: International Minerals & Chemical CorporationInventor: William A.
