  • Patent number: 10102115
Abstract: An application can include program code in multiple programming languages. Typically, a primary or host application program code will include secondary program code of at least one other programming language embedded within the primary application program code. A selective testing framework can be designed that efficiently evaluates embedded program code separately from the host application program code. The selective testing framework records specified embedded program code detected during execution of the application. Recording the embedded program code while the application executes allows the selective testing framework to incrementally construct an independently testable program in accordance with execution of the application. The testing framework can then test the constructed program code as it would run within the application, but test it external to and independent of the application. Without the overhead of executing the primary program code (e.g.

  • Publication number: 20180218052
Abstract: An extensible ETL framework can be designed with components/elements that add and manage request driven customizations to a database and that allow an ETL application to incorporate these customizations into its ETL process without code changes to the ETL application. The extensible ETL framework comprises a data aggregator element (“data aggregator”) that processes customization requests for a database. The data aggregator executes customization requests to create, update and delete custom attributes. The ETL application dynamically detects the custom attributes and associated metadata when executing. The ETL application uses the detected custom attributes and associated metadata to determine source data tables and data values to be extracted from the source data tables to incorporate the custom attributes into the ETL process being performed by the ETL application. The ETL application may alter target data tables that are then loaded with the extracted data values.

  • Publication number: 20070046066
Abstract: The present invention relates to an aerodynamic drag reducing system for land vehicles, in particular semi-tractor trailers. The drag reducing system includes a selectively removable frame and a drag reduction member. The selectively removable frame can adapt to conform to at least one of the width or height of the land vehicle, and can be secured thereto by a securement assembly. In one embodiment, the drag reducing system can be folded and collapsed for compact storage. The drag reducing system can be easily and quickly secured to the back end of a semi-tractor trailer without tools and without requiring that any permanent modifications be made to the trailer. In one embodiment, drag reducing system includes a hinge joint assembly to facilitate installation, removal, and repositioning of drag reducing system.

  • Patent number: 7067755
Abstract: A light switch device that aids a person to reach a pull chain attached to a light switch located above a bed having a movable side rail includes an elongated strap having a first member and a second member is disclosed. The first and second members are releasably secured to each other via hook and loop fasteners. The strap is secured to the pull chain via a tubular member with an opening formed therein. A portion of the pull chain is inserted through the opening and is secured thereto. The first and second members of the strap are releasably attachable to the movable side rail of the bed by separating the members, inserting the rail therebetween, and securing the members together. When the rail is lowered inadvertently the first and second members of the strap are pulled apart and are no longer secured together.
