  • Publication number: 20220413310
Abstract: An array that focuses UVC light energy from a UVC light source into a beam and thereby reduces the degradation of UVC light energy at a set distance. Singular or plural optics, or lens assemblies forming the array can each use a Diffractive Optical Element (“DOE”) with a beam width of UVC energy with acceptable transmission through the DOE, which transmits a UVC beam through a relay lens which thereby allows an extended distance greater that the fall off rate of the standard UVC energy source. Lens assemblies can include a series of spacers and lenses that allow the manipulation of a wide angle UVC light source for the purpose of focusing the light to a desired beam shape, i.e., a thin line or bar, or a pin point. Each of the optics may have one or more spacers set at a specific width to add to the total beam shaping of the lenses.

  • Patent number: 4286788
Abstract: A pair of drive and idle pulleys are journalled from horizontally spaced apart elevated mounting structures and an elongated flexible tension member is trained about the pulleys. An elongated member extends between and is anchored relative to the mounting structures and a wheeled carriage is supported from the support member for rolling therealong. A crank is journalled from the carriage and a rotary friction drive member is journalled from the carriage and rollingly engaged with the support member for rotation relative to the carriage in response to its movement along the support member. One-way drive structure drivingly connects the drive member to the crank and an animal simulating structure is dependingly supported from the carriage and includes at least a first oscillatable body part simulating member. Connecting structure is connected between the crank and the body part simulating member for oscillation of the latter in response to rotation of the crank.

  • Patent number: 4175348
Abstract: A fishing lure comprising a hollow body in which is encapsulated a solid state electric circuit, including light emitting diodes (LED's). Two LED's are seen through translucent eyes and a plurality of LED's are arrayed along each side of the body. An LED flasher/oscillator and a capacitor causes the LED's to flash on and off intermittently. A magnetic reed switch contained within the body is disposed alongside a non-magnetic tube containing a permanent magnet therein. By jarring the body, the magnet is moved from one end of the tube to the other, and at one end it causes the magnetic reed switch to close and energize the circuit and activate the lure.
