  • Patent number: 5956855
Abstract: A ladder inclination indicator has a transparent thin-walled body shell defining a rearwardly open recess containing a pivot pin supporting a gravity actuated pointer. • Patent number: 5033896
Abstract: A cartridge consisting of a hollow casing of molded plastic substance and an ink-retention sponge disposed in the casing, together with a stylus carried by the casing, for producing ink lines on a chart, from the ink content of the casing and contained retention sponge. • Patent number: 4464671
Abstract: A universal slip-on pen cartridge device for attachment to the movable pen arm of chart recorders, has a molded plastic body with ink reservoir and stylus. The flat surface of the pen body has upstanding spaced-apart posts which secure in place by means of sonic welding a bridge member that has a shallow groove in its face which adjoins the pen body. A tunnel is thus formed with the pen body, into which the pen arm can be inserted, said arm having an aperture which accommodates a nib on the pen body to retain the parts in assembled relation.

  • Patent number: 4052713
Abstract: A universal, snap-on pen cartridge for attachment to the movable pen arm of a chart recorder, comprising a pen body having an ink reservoir and stylus connected therewith and adapted for engagement with a chart carried by the recorder, together with a resilient spring clip engageable with the body and adapted to clamp against an end portion of the recorder pen arm. The said end portion is substantially flat, and is held against a corresponding flat surface of the pen body. A raised portion on the body engages the end of the pen arm and constitutes a positioning device which supplements the clip action. The arrangement is such that assembly of the pen body to the arm can be quickly and easily effected, while at the same time there is provided a connection which is firm and free of undesirable looseness or slippage.
