Patent number: 9504335Abstract: A cushion system includes an interchangeable cushion cover having a top member and a band portion extending downwardly from the top member. The band portion includes a top edge portion attached to the top member and a bottom edge portion. A bottom member is attached to the bottom edge portion and an interior space is defined between the top member, the band portion, and the bottom member. A bottom opening is defined in the bottom member that is arranged for insertion of a conformable cushion insert into the interior space and draining of the cushion insert while the bottom member retains the cushion insert within the interior space. A releasable fastener system is located within the interior space on the bottom member such that it is concealed within the cushion cover and is selectively attachable to and detachable from a bottom face of the cushion insert.Type: GrantFiled: August 26, 2015Date of Patent: November 29, 2016Assignee: RED STAR TRADERS, LLCInventors: Lenny Vainberg, William G. Patent number: 9138060Abstract: Cushion covers, cushions, and methods of using the same are disclosed. In an embodiment, a cushion may include a cushion insert having a bottom face including a plurality of through openings. The cushion may further include a cushion cover having a top portion, a bottom portion, one or more side portions, and an interior space at least partially defined there between. The cushion insert may be selectively received and housed in the interior space. The cushion cover may also include a bottom opening positioned in the bottom portion. The bottom opening may expose one or more of the through openings to an area external to the cushion cover. The bottom opening and the through openings may collectively be configured to promote drying and/or draining of the cushion insert by allowing passage of air and/or water between the cushion insert and the area external to the cushion cover.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 2012Date of Patent: September 22, 2015Assignee: Red Star Traders, LLCInventors: Lenny Vainberg, William G. Patent number: 8177311Abstract: A storage and/or organization system may be used to store and/or organize various items. For example, the system may include one or more panels and one or more attachment members, which may be connected to the panels and may be used to hold and/or position various items in desired locations. The attachment members may be selectively connected to and/or removed from the panels to provide a variety of storage and organization solutions. The panels may include, for example, one or more receiving portions to which the attachment members may be connected to and/or disconnected from using a snap, friction and/or interference fit. One or more portions of the panels and/or the attachment members may deform and/or deflect to provide the snap, friction and/or interference. One or more portions of the panels and/or the attachment members may remain deformed and/or deflected to provide a tension fit.Type: GrantFiled: May 10, 2010Date of Patent: May 15, 2012Assignee: Red Star Traders, LLCInventors: William G.
