Abstract: A cleaning device is provided that has a handle configured to provide flexion in a first orientation but to provide rigidity in a second orientation. In this manner, the user can use the handle in the first orientation to allow the cleaning device to flex into hard to reach places and can use the same handle in the second orientation to apply differing levels of cleaning force.

Abstract: A tool and a method of moving a tool is provided. The tool includes a pole defining an axis and a handle. The handle includes a stationary and rotational portion, the stationary and rotational portions forming a unitary assembly with the stationary and rotational portions being adjacent one another along the axis. The stationary portion is secured to the pole in a manner that prevents it from rotating with respect to the pole and in a manner prevents the stationary portion from translational movement with respect to the pole along the axis. The rotational portion is secured to the stationary portion that allows the rotational portion to freely rotate with respect to the pole about the axis and with respect to the stationary portion and in a manner that prevents the rotational portion from translational movement with respect to the pole and the stationary portion along the axis.

The plate has a first side and a second side. The connection member retains the cleaning fabric to the plate. The fingers depend from the first side and provide a gap between the first side and the cleaning fabric during use. The wiper assembly has at least one elongated wiper blade that divides the fingers into a front section and a rear section. The grip depends from the second side.

The assembly can include bulb holding devices of different sizes that have an open bottom, which is removably connectable to a common base. The assembly can include a resilient finger holder and a common base, where the common base includes a number of upstanding, radially directed flexible members.

The cleaning implement has a wiper including a plurality of ridges and a flexible region. The plurality of ridges provide a plurality of cleaning edges to the wiper and the flexible region secures the wiper to the handle.
