Abstract: Provided herein are oral dosage forms comprising a) a core tablet comprising (i) a drug layer comprising apremilast and hypromellose acetate succinate (HPMCAS) in an amorphous solid dispersion; and (ii) a swellable layer comprising one or more swellable polymers; and b) a coating layer disposed on the core tablet, wherein the oral dosage form surface comprises at least one drug release orifice. The disclosed oral dosage forms provide once-a-day dosing of apremilast and are suitable for treating diseases or disorders ameliorated by inhibiting phosphodiesterase subtype IV (PDE4).

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for monitoring call compliance and verification. According to some embodiments, there is disclosed a workflow server configured to monitor a communication session between first and second users. The server may also perform a first operation during the communication session, and generate a signal based on the communication session. In response to generating the signal, the workflow server may stop the first operation, disconnect the first and second users, and initiate a second operation for the first user. And, in response to detecting a completion of the second operation, the workflow server reconnects the first and second users, and completes the first operation.

Abstract: An insulating system for retrofitting the roof and/or walls of a building. The retrofit system includes a first layer of insulating material extending transverse to the purlins, girts and chords and atop the existing roof or wall structure as well as a plurality of longitudinally extending bridge members each with an upper and a lower surface. The system also includes a plurality of orthogonally extending spacer members that compresses the first layer of insulating material proximate to the spacer members and allowing an otherwise uncompressed first insulation layer to span between the spacer members. The system further includes a second layer of insulation extending across the upper surface of the bridge members wherein a plurality of panel clips each with a panel clip tab are disposed atop the second layer of insulation and are fastened to the bridge member and the clip tabs engage with the lateral edges of the roof or wall panels in the formation of a water resistant seam.

A three sided bridge with a plurality of tab elements overlaying and contiguous with the insulating spacer members. A second layer of rolled insulation disposed atop the bridge and panel clips secured with a fastener extending through each of the second layer of insulation, bridge, insulating spacer member, first layer of insulation and upper chord.

Abstract: A method for treating a shirred food casing strand, having a diameter, a circumference, a longitudinal axis, an external surface and a hollow bore along at least a portion of said longitudinal axis, which comprises smoothing said exterior surface by rolling said strand between at least three rollers, all of which simultaneously contact said surface at different lines of contact. It has been found that the simultaneous use of at least three different lines of contact during rolling, as opposed to two lines of contact, as might be applied by rolling between plates, helps preserve and even improve the roundness of the strand. The invention further comprises an apparatus for practicing the method of the invention which comprises at least three rollers arranged so as to contact the exterior surface of the strand and means for rolling the strand between said rollers. The invention further includes a shirred food casing strand having an external surface simultaneously rolled at at least three lines of contact.
