Abstract: A system includes one or more processors executing one or more instructions to: receive, from a user device, a request to provide feedback. The feedback may include information associated with an opinion of a user, of the user device, in connection with a particular product, service, or particular provider. The system may also obtain information associated with a group of providers; output, to the user device, the information, associated with the group of providers, to enable the user to select a provider to which the feedback is to be transmitted; receive, from the user device, information that identifies a selection of the provider; and output the feedback to a different server device associated with the selected provider based on the information that identifies the selection of the provider.
