  • Publication number: 20150135658
Abstract: A lid for leaf collection with a blower/vacuum and the discharge of debris into a bag is described. The lid is round shaped with a curved edge and has a partially round opening for the entry of debris and air and has two square openings with a domed top and back for air outlet. An elbow is inserted into the opening for the entry of debris for receiving and directing debris and air coming from the blower/vacuum to the side wall of the lid. From there, the debris is diverted into a bag held around the lid with an elastic cord. The square openings for the air outlet are large and enable the rapid exit of air introduced while retaining the debris using two strainers. The elbow and the lid are connected to the blower/vacuum by two ribbed connecting pipes.

  • Patent number: 8966705
Abstract: A round-shaped lid with a curved edge and domed air outlets to collect leaves with a blower/vacuum in suction mode. The leaves shredded by the blower/vacuum are discharged into a connecting pipe which is attached to a lid inserted into the opening of a large debris collection bag. In particular, the lid has three main openings, one for the entry of debris and two for the air outlet. The connecting pipe is made of ribbed plastic and is held to the lid by the sides of a groove and to the blower/vacuum by a plastic sleeve with cable ties. A piece of thick plastic or metal is placed under a plastic membrane and the debris collection bag in order to protect them during movement over the ground. The debris is collected directly into the bag that will be discarded.

  • Patent number: 8769768
Abstract: A lid round in shape with a curved edge and two domed air outlets, an opening for the entrance of debris, a handle, elevations molded to hold the various elements and sections of rough anti-skid tape glued to the side wall. The lid with curved edge is designed to be inserted into the opening of a bag to be held in place on the side edge of the lid with an elastic cord between the curved edge and the elevations. Ribbed connecting pipe connects the fan outlet of a blower/vacuum in vacuum mode to the lid and carries the leaves debris toward the lid and into a bag.

  • Patent number: 8739360
Abstract: A lid of round shape with curved edge having an anti-skid tape bonded between the curved edge and elevation made of felt, plastic or other materials glued to the side wall and three main openings, one for the entry of debris and two for allowing air out, as well as holes for attaching the various elements to the lid with cable ties. The lid with a curved edge is designed to be inserted into the opening of a bag to be held in place on the side edge of the lid with an elastic cord between the curved edge and the elevations. Ribbed connecting pipe connects the fan outlet of a vacuum at the lid and carries debris to the lid and the bag.

  • Patent number: 8732892
Abstract: A leaves collection system for use with a portable blower/vacuum in the vacuum mode with a lid allowing the rejection of debris in a plastic or paper bag. The lid (of round shape with a lateral groove) has three main openings, one for the entrance of debris and two for the outlet of air as well as holes to attach the various elements to the lid with cable ties. The lid is inserted into the opening of the bag and the bag is held in place on the lateral edge of the lid by a bungee cord in the groove. Ribbed pipe connects the fan outlet of the blower/vacuum to the lid and sends debris towards the lid and the bag. A membrane under the bag protects the bag from the roughness of the ground.
