Abstract: A guidance and control unit assembly for use with a munitions projectile includes a guidance and control unit being roll isolated with respect to the munitions projectile such that roll of the munitions projectile about a projectile longitudinal axis, such roll being imparted to the munitions projectile during the act of launching the munitions projectile, may not be imparted to the guidance and control unit as desired. A munitions projectile is further included.
