The request may include a service description. The executed instructions also cause the processor to evaluate, via the service enabler function, the service description comprising identifiers of one or more services to manage. The executed instructions further cause the processor to identify one or more service capabilities in the service layer to assist in managing the one or more services identified in the service description.

    Abstract: A pre-formed intrastromal corneal insert for use in treating Keratoconus and similar dystrophies and methods of using the same. An intrastromal insert of the present invention comprises a biocompatible polymer and may be used to adjust corneal curvature, thereby correcting vision abnormalities caused by disease or other surgical procedures. The insert may be comprised of a circular or semi-circular ring shape or a portion of a ring, or “arc”, encircling the anterior cornea within the frontal circumference of the cornea. The insert may be used in multiples to form complete arcs or to form constructs of varying thicknesses. The insert of the present invention possesses a cross section that results in a low scattering level of light.

The racks are made to modular design and include upper and lower grid structures which provide aligned square openings. A container or cell shaped to the size of a fuel assembly fits in each of the aligned square openings. To provide verticality to the aligned and uniformly spaced cells, leveling pads beneath the base plate supporting the cells are adjustable vertically to cause the base plate to assume a horizontal plane and thereby align cell longitudinal axis with a vertical plane.

    Abstract: A cell for a spent fuel rack includes a sheet metal element that is bent to provide four flat wall portions. The wall portions are joined at bent regions which provide protruding corners between three of the wall portions, the protruding corners having a short radius of curvature. A rod is welded at the fourth corner of the cell, preferably at the time the cell is manufactured. A sheet of neutron poison is affixed to each wall portion by a wrapper. The protruding cell corners and pre-installed rod facilitate fabrication the spent fuel rack by permitting cells to be welded directly together. The protruding corners may extend for substantially the entire height of the cell, or they may have segments which are spaced apart. The bent regions may also include flat platform portions which simplify the construction of the wrappers.

Each playing piece of each set is marked so as to indicate particular sides of the piece which are invulnerable to attack from an aligned playing piece of the opposing set. In playing a game, a piece may move in any aligned direction any number of spaces but may not "jump" another playing piece. A playing piece may also be rotated in position, constituting a move. A piece having a vulnerable side exposed to an aligned opposing piece is captured and removed from the game and the capturing piece takes its position. The game is won by placing a specified piece in a checkmate position.
