  • Publication number: 20240191280
Abstract: The present disclosure describes CRISPR/Cas proteins and guide RNA combinations that are capable of modifying nucleic acids at high temperatures. These compositions are especially useful for systems and methods of nucleic acid detection, including diagnostic devices.
    Type: Application
    Filed: November 10, 2023
    Publication date: June 13, 2024
Inventors: William Douglass WRIGHT, Benjamin Julius RAUCH, Aaron DELOUGHERY, James Paul BROUGHTON
  • Publication number: 20240191281
Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions and methods of use for a Type VI CRISPR/Cas nuclease. Type VI CRISPR/Cas nucleases are able to bind to a target nucleic acid, thereby activating trans-collateral nuclease activity on nucleic acid reports. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides methods to modify ribonucleic acid sequences using the programmable nucleases disclosed herein.

  • Patent number: 3935851
Abstract: A fuel metering system controlling the mass fuel-air ratio in a spark ignition engine in response to fuel and air volume measurements. Linear responsive transducers respond to various temperatures, pressures, throttle positioning, fuel flow, air flow and engine operation for correcting the volume flow measurements of both fuel and air to mass flow measurements. A positive displacement, dual action pump delivers fuel to the throttle body of the engine in response to the mass of the air entering into the throttle body.
