  • Patent number: 9249894
Abstract: A solenoid valve, particularly for a hydraulic braking system of a motor vehicle, includes a valve sleeve in which a pole core is fixed and an armature is disposed in an axially displaceable manner. The armature includes at least one longitudinal groove in the outer shell surface thereof. A spring washer is configured to be braced between the armature and the pole core. The end face of the armature facing the pole core is configured to be at least substantially convex, and the end face of the pole core facing the armature is configured to be at least substantially concave. A braking system includes the solenoid valve.

  • Patent number: 9080684
Abstract: A solenoid device includes a magnet armature and an armature counterpiece which is arranged at the end of the magnet armature. The magnet armature and the armature counterpiece are movable in relation to one another and an air gap is provided between a magnet armature end face and an armature counterpiece end face. The air gap creates a magnetic series path of the solenoid device. A disc is composed of a magnetizable material and is arranged in the air gap. The disc is configured to make physical contact with the magnetic armature end face and the armature counterpiece end face at least in regions. A magnetic shunt path is present when the magnetic armature and the armature counterpiece are in at least one position relative to one another. The magnetic shunt path runs across the disc at least in regions. The series path has a lower reluctance than the shunt path which runs across the disc when the magnet armature and the armature counterpiece are in the at least one position relative to one another.

  • Publication number: 20140366844
Abstract: An injector system used as an injector block for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, spark-ignited internal combustion engines includes: a first block element which has a fuel distribution channel, and at least one second block element on which a first connecting piece and at least one second connecting piece are situated. Injectors are positioned within the first and second block elements in such a way that the first injector is assigned to the first connecting piece and the second injector is assigned to the second connecting piece. The fuel distribution channel of the first block element is used for distributing compressed natural gas to the injectors.

  • Publication number: 20130340713
Abstract: An injector system which is in particular used as an injector block for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, spark-ignited internal combustion engines includes a fuel distribution rail, a counter bracket, a first injector, and at least one second injector. Here, the counter bracket has a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece. The first injector is joined to the counter bracket on an input side of the first connecting piece with the aid of an elastic sealing ring. The second injector is joined to the counter bracket on an input side of the second connecting piece with the aid of an elastic sealing ring. In this case, the counter bracket is connected to the fuel distribution rail. The fuel distribution rail is used for distributing compressed natural gas to the injectors. The injector system has a compact design.

  • Publication number: 20120080624
Abstract: A solenoid device having an armature and a corresponding armature element which is arranged on the inside of the armature is disclosed. The armature and the corresponding armature element can be moved in relation to one another. An intermediate element which is provided for producing a supporting contact with the corresponding armature element is mounted in an axially movable fashion in a guide recess in the armature, and the intermediate element is operatively connected, on its side facing away from the corresponding armature element to a spring element. The intermediate element is at least partially conical. A driver assistance device is also disclosed.
