  • Patent number: 11920008
Abstract: A polymer composition can be used for selective absorbing sintering, SAS, or selective inhibition sintering, SIS. The polymer has open mesopores and the cumulative pore volume distribution of the mesopores, measured to DIN 66134, is at least 0.01 cm3/g.

  • Patent number: 6106453
Abstract: In the method for production of scored punched parts from a material sheet by a punching and scoring tool the formation of scores in the material sheet is started before the punching process is initiated. The punching and scoring tool has a carrier board, on the underside of which punching elements and scoring elements are provided, and a punching/scoring plate under the carrier board, in which scoring grooves are formed under the scoring elements. The scoring elements in an initial position, in which the scoring elements and punching elements are arranged at a distance from the punching/scoring plate, project further from the carrier board towards the punching/scoring plate than the punching elements. The scoring elements are also mounted flexibly on the carrier board in the lifting direction.

  • Patent number: 5967015
Abstract: The punching blades acts to punch out parts of any desired shape from paper, cardboard, pasteboard, plastics material foils, leather, rubber and the like. In order that an optimum cutting quality can be generated from the start using the punching blade, the punching blade has a cutting edge which comprises a curvature with a radius of from 0.005 to 0.060 mm.

  • Patent number: 5370028
Abstract: A strip steel punching and indenting tool (15) and a method for preparing this type of tool wherein the tool, arranged between a ram (12) and an anvil (14) of a punching machine (10), comprises a supporting plate (16) with slots (18) extending from the lower side of the supporting plate facing the anvil (14) to its upper side facing the ram (12). Each of the slots (18) accommodates a cutter of strip steel for punching (20a, 20b) and indenting (20c), in such a way that the hardened cutting edge (22) of a cutter protrudes from the lower side of the supporting plate (16) and the rounded non-cutting backs (24) thereof face a first intermediate plate (26) of metal mounted on the upper side of the supporting plate. To be able to prepare the punching and indenting tool within a short period of time without impairing the punching performance of the punching machine, the first intermediate plate (26) is between 0.8 and 1.5 mm thick, consists of a metal with a 0.2-tensile yield strength R.sub.p0.2 of 20 to 90 N/mm.sup.

  • Patent number: 4061906
Abstract: A computer for numeric calculation of a plurality of functionally interrelated data units, each data unit corresponding to a point of a grid. The computer includes a cyclic memory having at least as many storage cells as the grid has grid points. Each storage cell includes a first memory location for storing a corresponding grid point data unit and a second memory location for storing a code associated with the grid point data unit stored in the first memory location. The code contains information for controlling and processing the grid point data unit stored in the first memory location. A new grid point data unit is calculated for the grid point corresponding to a preselected storage cell by a computing circuit which uses mathematical operations involving data units associated with grid points adjacent the grid point corresponding to the preselected storage cell.
