  • Publication number: 20190242468
Abstract: A toothed wheel has a hub part, a web part and a toothed crown, wherein at least one transition region having a rounding is formed in the web part and the transition region has a height h in an axial direction of the toothed wheel and a length L in a radial direction, and wherein the toothed crown of the toothed wheel has a maximum width A and the web part has a minimum width B, each in the axial direction of the toothed wheel, wherein the maximum width A is larger than the minimum width B. The rounding is situated within a band that is calculated from the formula y=L*(K6*(K7*x)6+K5*(K7*x)5+K4*(K7*x)4+K3*(K7*x)3+K2*(K7*x)2+K1*(K7*x)1)+h and a bandwidth of ±50% of the height h, wherein: h=0.375*(A?B), L=2*h, K1=?3.5855/L, K2=5.4612/L, K3=?4.8237/L, K4=2.2556/L, K5=?0.5227/L, K6=0.0473/L, K7=3.36/L.

  • Publication number: 20180347634
Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly (1) comprising a first component (2) with an internal toothing (4) and a second component (3) with an external toothing (6), wherein the two components (2, 3) can be connected to one another by a press fit, which is formed between the internal and the external toothing (4, 6), and wherein the internal and the external toothing (4, 6) each comprise a plurality of teeth (5, 7). The teeth (5) of the internal toothing (4) of the first component (2) and/or the teeth (7) of the external toothing (6) of the second component (3) comprise recesses (13, 15) along the tooth flanks (12, 14).

  • Patent number: 8353380
Abstract: Deflecting device for an offset frontal collision for motor vehicles, the front end of which motor vehicles has a left and a right longitudinal member (2, 3), and the deflecting device being arranged in front of a front wheel (6) and protecting the front wheel in the event of a collision. In order to reliably bring about an engagement embracing the front wheel (6) with minimal structural expenditure, the deflecting device is composed of a jib (12), which is fastened to the front end of the vehicle, and a shield (13) which is moveable on said jib (12) outward transversely with respect to the direction of travel, with the jib (12) extending in front of the wheel (6) substantially transversely with respect to the direction of travel and having a guide (14) for the shield (13) and a force source (15) for moving the shield (13).

  • Patent number: 7926847
Abstract: A deflector device for motor vehicles, the front part of the chassis which comprises a left-hand and right-hand longitudinal beam, arranged before a front wheel and configured by a deflector that projects from the longitudinal beam in a substantially horizontal manner and backward at an angle to protect said front wheel in the case of a collision. The deflector device prevents the vehicles from being caught and being pushed off the road in the event of a partially overlapping frontal collision. The deflector device comprises a deflection element which can be longitudinally displaced from a rest position to an operational position, said deflection element consisting of a slider guided on or in the deflector and a forward-facing shoulder.

  • Patent number: 7819218
Abstract: In a motor vehicle, a deflecting device (11) for an offset frontal collision for the motor vehicle is arranged in front of a front wheel (6). In order, in the event of a collision, to safely pivot the front wheel inward, the deflecting device (11) forms a kinematic chain, the coupling link of which is a deflector (12) which, under the action of a frontal impact, is pivoted to the rear and is displaced toward the outside of the vehicle. The kinematic chain is a slider crank mechanism comprising a swinging arm (13) which is pivotable about a bearing (14), a further bearing (16), a sliding guide (16) and the coupling link (12) which is connected to the outer end of the swinging arm at a pivot point (15) and is guided in the further bearing (16).
