Vibrations in the bike saddle are minimized and the stability thereof is ensured during the left and right oscillation of the bike saddle, thus enabling a rider to exercise his/her whole body including the legs, pelvis, spine, abdomen, etc. over a long period of time. The forward and backward direction and height of the bike saddle are adjustable by the rider, thus providing a wide range of exercise.
