Abstract: In one example, an electronic device includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate includes a substrate first side, a substrate second side, and a first conductive structure. An inner electronic component is coupled to the first conductive structure proximate to the substrate second side. An outer electronic component is coupled to the first conductive structure proximate to the substrate first side. The outer electronic component includes a body and a groove in the body configured to couple with an external interconnect. Inner interconnects couple the first substrate to the second substrate. The first substrate, the second substrate, the inner electronic component, and the outer electronic component are in a stacked configuration. The inner electronic component is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Other examples and related methods are also disclosed herein.

The method may comprise detecting, based on sensing information from one or more sensors of the vehicle, track information associated with an object, and determining a management index of the track information based on at least one of a maintenance time of the track information associated with an amount of time the object has been tracked, an accuracy of information from the one or more sensors, or a risk of collision between the vehicle and the object.

Abstract: Provided is a vaccine composition for preventing respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection, which is in the form of a liposome formulation including a RSV antigen, monophosphoryl lipid A (MLA), and/or a cobalt-porphyrin-phospholipid (CoPoP) conjugate. The vaccine composition exhibits excellent vaccine efficacy from a RSV antigen with enhanced immunogenicity and a combination of immune adjuvants for enhancing immune activity and antigen presentation.

Abstract: A vehicle remote diagnosis service system includes a remote diagnosis server that transmits a first collection rule to at least one vehicle; and the vehicle that transmits an identification number and a failure detection signal collected according to the first collection rule to the remote diagnosis server when a failure corresponding to the first collection rule has occurred, and transmits information collected according to a second collection rule to the remote diagnosis server when the second collection rule is received from the remote diagnosis server.
