Abstract: A nozzle for a sandblasting device having a substantially cylindrical shape with an internal longitudinal compartment covered with a hard material lining member. The compartment extends from the inlet end of the housing with a frusto-conical shape and terminates with a constant diameter at the outlet end. Clamping members are removably mounted around the hose member snuggly covering the housing.

Abstract: Apparatus adapted to move longitudinally through a pipe section and comprising a rotatable head member for impinging sand, grit, or other abrasive materials against the inner periphery of the pipe at a high pressure for cleaning thereof, and including a conduit for directing the sand into the interior of the rotatable head in a manner substantially precluding the leakage of the sand from the apparatus prior to discharge thereof from the rotating head.

Abstract: Carts or vehicles particularly designed and constructed for supporting the opposite ends of elongated members whereby one elongated member is suspended between a pair of the carts and a succeeding elongated member is suspended between a succeeding pair of carts, the carts being so arranged that the rear cart or vehicle of the leading elongated member will latch to or engage the leading vehicle of the following elongated member in such a manner that the adjacent ends of in-line elongated members will be in abutment.

Abstract: A device adapted to move through a pipeline for cleaning the inner periphery thereof and comprising a rotatable central hub member constructed of an abrasive resistant material and having a chamber therein for receiving a supply of abrasive material, a plurality of radial passageways extending outwardly from the chamber at an angle deviating from the perpendicular of the longitudinal axis of the hub, the radial passageways being in communication with the chamber for receiving the abrasive material therefrom whereby upon rotation of the device the abrasive material will be impinged against the inner periphery of the pipeline at an angle with respect to the perpendicular of the longitudinal axis of the pipeline.

Abstract: Apparatus for moving objects which comprises at least one roller journalled for engagement with the object to be moved whereby rotation of the roller causes the object to move in a longitudinal and/or rotational direction. The axis of the roller may be canted or angularly disposed with respect to the longitudinal direction of travel for the object in order to control the speed of movement of the object.

Abstract: Telescoping vehicles particularly designed and constructed for supporting the opposite ends of elongated members whereby one elongated member is suspended between a pair of the vehicles and a succeeding elongated member is suspended between a succeeding pair of vehicles, the vehicles being so arranged that the rear vehicle of the leading elongated member will nest or telescope within the leading vehicle of the following elongated member in such a manner that the adjacent ends of in-line elongated members will be in abutment.

Abstract: Apparatus for applying powdered coating materials to the outer periphery of objects, and particularly tubular objects, and which comprises a support frame structure for receiving the object therethrough and partially surrounding the object in spaced relation thereto, a supply chamber for receiving a supply of new powdered coating materials therein and in communication with fluidizer apparatus for directing the new powder thereto, gun batteries in communication with the fluidizer apparatus for directing the fluidized powder onto the outer periphery of the object simultaneously from opposite sides thereof, filtered chambers for collecting powder overspray and directing any accumulation of overspray into a reclaimed powder reservoir, said reclaimed powder reservoir being in communication with the fluidizer apparatus for adding the reclaimed powder thereto whereby reclaimed powder is directed to the outer periphery of the object.
