    Abstract: The disclosure provides a pixel electrode structure and a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel. The pixel electrode structure includes a main electrode, a plurality of branch electrodes, and a plurality of gaps. The main electrode is a strip electrode with a zigzag shape. A junction electric field is formed in a liquid crystal cell to which the main electrode corresponds, which may improve convergence and collimation of light and increase light transmittance through a display panel. Furthermore, a width of the main electrode is reduced, which further reduces widths of black lines appearing on a location corresponding to the main electrode and further increases light transmittance of the display panel.
