    Abstract: A 3D vapor chamber includes a vapor chamber and at least one pipe body. The vapor chamber has an upper plate and a lower plate mated with each other. The upper plate is formed with at least one perforation. An open end of the pipe body is outward expanded to form a lip section in connection with the upper plate. A closed end of the pipe body passes through the perforation of the upper plate. The closed end and the open end together define a tubular chamber in communication with the open end and the vapor chamber. Multiple channels formed on an inner side of the tubular chamber and an inner side of the lip section are in contact and connect with a capillary structure of the inner side of the upper plate so as to increase back flowing speed of a working fluid and enhance heat dissipation performance.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a functional powder delivery device for precise locating and quantifying when delivering the functional powder to a site in need in a patient. Meanwhile, the device avoids negative pressure effect in the output catheter when airflow is switched, and thus prevents pollution or jam in the output catheter due to splash or back flow of body fluid. The device ensures tube clearance of the output catheter by maintaining continuous airflow, and a special design of airflow switch allows switching to airflow of large volume to carry the powder when required. Through continuous positive airflow in the tube system, the functional powder can be delivered to the site in need by a continuous powder flow, which overcomes drawbacks of the delivery devices in prior arts. In addition, the design of foot pedal can help endoscopist for a solo operation. The serial connecting parts can adapt for various size of bottles of various types of functional powder.

The upper cover is recessed to form at least one channel An opposite side of the channel is protruded to form at least one raised body. The lower plate is used to contact with a heat source and has a first capillary structure. The lower plate is correspondingly mated with the upper cover to form an airtight chamber for filling a working fluid. By means of the channel and the raised body disposed on the opposite side of the channel, the channel provides larger heat contact area for the heat conduction component (heat pipe) and more secure connection ability. Also, the raised body on the opposite side of the channel enhances the structural strength of the entire vapor chamber and enlarges the condensation contact area of the vapor chamber.

The first sintered-powder structure is selected to be connected to or in contact with the mesh or the fiber body. A working liquid is disposed in the sealed chamber. By means of the arrangement of the compound wick structure, the vertical and horizontal flow-back efficiencies of the working liquid are enhanced and the efficiency of liquid-vapor cycle is increased.
