Abstract: A secondary battery comprises a secondary battery assembly, the secondary battery assembly comprises an electric cell assembly, a transfer conductor and an insulation plate, wherein the electric cell assembly comprises at least two electric cells arranged side by side, and each electric cell has a tab extending from the top surface of the electric cell. The transfer conductor is provided with a transfer conductor tab assembly part. The insulation plate is located between the electric cell assembly and the transfer conductor, and the insulation plate is provided with a plate tab matching part, wherein, the folded tab passes through the plate tab matching part of the base plate and the transfer conductor tab assembly part in turn, and then is welded with the transfer conductor. The secondary battery of the application features short tabs, good battery performance, high safety, high assembly efficiency and low cost.

Abstract: The top cover structure for a secondary battery includes: an insulating plate, provided with a lower through hole penetrating up and down; a top cover plate located on the top of the insulating plate, provided with an upper through hole interconnected with the lower through hole and penetrating up and down; a conductor, passing through the upper through hole and the lower through hole and fixedly connecting with the top cover plate and the insulating plate, and the conductor is provided with an intersecting hole penetrating through the conductor. An intersecting hole penetrating through the conductor is provided on the conductor, so that the conductor can not only connect and conduct the secondary battery from the outside to the inside of the secondary battery, but also can conveniently inject or replenish liquid into the secondary battery through the intersecting hole, thereby improving the production efficiency of the secondary battery.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a grid-tied power generation system and a grid-tied power fluctuation suppression device and method thereof. The system includes a first direct current source, an inverter, and a power grid. The device includes a second direct current source, connected to a direct current side of the inverter; and a power allocation unit, respectively connected to the second direct current source and the inverter. The power allocation unit obtains a power reference value of the first direct current source and a power feedback value of the first direct current source, calculates an alternating current power reference value and a power reference value of the second direct current source according to the power reference value and the power feedback value, and controls the inverter through the alternating current power reference value and controls the second direct current source through the power reference value of the second direct current source.

Further, the cell is provided with a fillet structure on the edges and the insertion post is connected to the fillet structure. According to the battery module, a plurality of removable reinforcement points are provided by a plurality of insertion posts, which do not affect the stacking density of the cells in the battery pack, and increasing the mechanical connection strength of the battery module. The removable design of the battery module and insertion posts solves the maintenance problem of the integrated battery pack and improves the safety of the battery module, featuring high structural strength, integrity and stability. A battery pack can include the battery module and an electric vehicle can include the battery pack.
