    Abstract: A digital calibration method, a device, and a true random number generator circuit are provided. In one aspect, the embodiment of the present disclosure uses the digital calibration method to calibrate compensation of a circuit to be calibrated, output of the circuit to be calibrated is sampled and tested multiple times, and whether a current test compensation calibration code value can make the circuit to be calibrated meet specified accuracy is judged based on a probability that the output result is a target result. Through sampling the output of the circuit to be calibrated multiple times, the selected compensation calibration code has higher accuracy.

The backlight brightness selection circuit may select the backlight brightness levels to mitigate visible artifacts such as flickering and halo. The backlight levels selected by the backlight brightness selection may be modified by a power consumption compensation circuit. The power consumption compensation circuit may estimate the amount of power consumption required to operate the backlight using the target brightness levels and may modify the target brightness levels to meet maximum power consumption requirements.

The NMS receives a bitmap from the nodes indicating which of the blocks each node is missing from the update. The NMS identify particular nodes that are missing blocks and source nodes that have the blocks and are nearest to the particular recipient nodes. The NMS determines the route for the source node with the block to deliver the block to the recipient node that this missing a block. The source nodes that are identified and instructed to communicate a block to a recipient node.

In order to improve the tolerance of recombinant bacteria against glucosamine, the glucosamine synthase is directionally modified. A glucosamine synthase mutant is selected from the mutant library via high-throughput screening method, the amino acid changes in the mutant induces the spatial conformational change in the enzyme, so as enlarged the region where the enzyme and substrate combines, therefor the combination efficiency of the enzyme and the substrate is increased. The glucosamine synthase of the present invention has various advantages, such as rich in raw material of glucose, and a convenient subsequent extraction.
