For example, video data is acquired for generating buffer zone data, the buffer zone data beginning with an I frame or an R frame of the video. At least part of the buffer zone data is stored to a storage fragment in a storage area. In response to the storage fragment being newly opened and a first frame of the at least part of the buffer zone data being an R Frame, an I Frame with reference relation to the first frame is inserted to the storage fragment, the R Frame corresponding to a picture frame referring to the I Frame.

Abstract: A method for recognizing software applications installed on hardware devices includes scanning a hardware device to discover a target software application installed on the hardware device, where the target application includes one or more files; retrieving one or more sample applications for comparison to the target application; determining a resemblance between the target application and each of the one or more sample applications; and identifying the target application based on the resemblance determination.

Abstract: The present invention provides a polyurethane elastomer ballast mat and the preparation thereof, and a railway track bed and railway facilities using the same. The polyurethane elastomer ballast mat according to this invention comprises a reaction product prepared by spraying a reaction system comprising a polyisocyanate, a polyol, a chain extender, a blowing agent and a catalyst, on the surface of a railway roadbed or on one surface of a ballast mat shielding to conduct a reaction. The technical solution of the present invention makes it possible to provide ballast mats with different mechanical properties, shapes, thicknesses and sizes, depending on particular installation conditions, in order to adapt to various requirements for installation and use in railway construction.

Abstract: The present invention provides monoclonal antibodies for human TrkB. In certain embodiments the inventive antibodies bind and activate human TrkB. In certain embodiments the inventive antibodies are selective for human TrkB in that they do not bind (or activate) human TrkA or human TrkC. In some embodiments the inventive monoclonal antibodies cross-react with murine TrkB. Humanized or veneered versions of the inventive antibodies are also encompassed. Pharmaceutical compositions that comprise inventive antibodies are provided as are methods for preparing the inventive antibodies and methods of using these for treatment, detection or purification purposes.
