    Abstract: A curing agent for disposal of municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash and a preparation method and use method thereof are provided. In the present disclosure, a loofah nanofiber crystal, a rice husk ash (RHA), sodium hydroxide, and water are adopted as raw materials to prepare the curing agent, and the curing agent can effectively realize the safe disposal and curing of heavy metals in an MSWI fly ash. The highest curing rates of the curing agent for heavy metals Pb2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, and Cu2+ can reach 99.7%, 99.4%, 99.5%, 98.7%, and 99.5%, respectively. The special three-dimensional (3D) cross-linked network structure of the loofah nanofiber crystal and the excellent physical and chemical adsorption properties and ion exchange capacity of the RHA are fully used in the curing agent of the present disclosure.

    Abstract: An image sensor and a method for forming the image sensor are provided. The method includes: providing a substrate; patterning the substrate to form a plurality of columnar structures configured in an array, wherein a first trench, a second trench, and a third trench are configured between adjacent columnar structures and respectively along a first direction, a second direction, and a third direction, side walls of the columnar structures perpendicular to the first direction are (110) crystal faces, and oblique sections of the columnar structures perpendicular to the third direction are (100) crystal faces; and forming a doped epitaxial layer in the first trench, the second trench and the cross trench. Therefore, for the image sensor, an upper part of the cross trench is improved with little defects after the cross trench is full filled, which can effectively reduce white pixels and thus improve the performance of the image sensor.

    Abstract: The screw-type pumping device includes a water pump shell, a stator and a rotor. At one end close to the second cavity, the water pump shell is provided with an outwardly-extending water pump water chamber, the water pump water chamber is internally provided with a screw configured to rotate coaxially with the rotor, and the water pump water chamber is provided with a first water port and a second water port which are in communication with the water pump water chamber. An objective of the present invention is to provide a screw-type pumping device and a liquid-cooled heat dissipation device. The newly designed screw-type pumping device can output higher hydraulic pressure while having a smaller vibration during high-speed rotation and a prolonged service life.

An objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated liquid-cooled heat dissipation device, which, through the rational design of a pumping device and a heat dissipation device, solves the problem that the integrated pumping and dissipation structure cannot meet the general space requirements.

A method for manufacturing an image sensor includes: providing a base layer; selectively etching the base layer to form a deep trench in a photosensitive area of the base layer; the deep trench extending from the first surface to the second surface of the base layer in a longitudinal direction to divide the base layer into device units arranged in an array; and gradually growing an epitaxial layer on the surface of the deep trench by means of an epitaxial growth process, so that the space in the deep trench tapers to form a closed air cavity structure.

When the video played in the display device needs to be switched, the task identifier corresponding to the currently played video in the display device is determined first, and the video is closed according to the task identifier. Then, the to-be-played video is sent to the display device for playing. This shows that the currently played video is normally shutdown, thereby avoiding an unknown error caused by abnormal closing of the video.
