Abstract: Systems and methods are provided that include a processor executing a program to receive an input from a user, where the input including a first input text and a second input text. The processor is further configured to provide an initial image and, for a predetermined number of iterations, define a first and second regions of the initial image associated with the first and second input texts, respectively, define a plurality of patches of the initial image, input the initial image into a diffusion process to generate a processed image, back-propagate the processed image through a text-image match gradient calculator by generating an image embedding based on the processed image, generating a text embedding based on the region and the input text that are associated with a patch, and calculating a differential between the image embedding and the text embedding.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided that include a processor executing a program to match sentences from a sentence dataset with artistic phrases from an artistic phrase dataset to generate a plurality of safe phrases. The processor is further configured to, for each of the safe phrases, generate a safe image by, for a predetermined number of iterations, performing steps to input an initial image into a diffusion process to generate a processed image, wherein the diffusion process includes a first diffusion model, back-propagate the processed image through a text-image match gradient calculator to calculate a gradient against the safe phrase, and update the initial image by applying the gradient to the processed image. The processor is further configured to pair each of the generated safe images with their respective safe phrase to form a plurality of safe phrase-image pairs.

The display substrate includes a silicon substrate, a driving circuit of which at least part is embedded in the silicon substrate, and a first pad electrically connected with the driving circuit. The driving circuit includes a transistor with a semiconductor layer; the flexible circuit board includes a flexible substrate, a first wiring layer, and a first reinforcement plate. The first wiring layer includes a main wiring portion and a second pad electrically connected with the main wiring portion, and the second pad is electrically connected with the first pad by a conductive adhesive layer. The first reinforcement plate covers the main wiring portion and does not cover the second pad. The first reinforcement plate is located outside the display substrate and there is a non-zero distance between the first reinforcement plate and the display substrate.

The AR/VR system also includes an AR/VR application, which allows the user to interact with an AR/VR platform by providing user input to the AR/VR application via various modalities. Based on the user input, the AR/VR platform generates responses and sends the generated responses to the AR/VR application, which then presents the responses to the user at the AR/VR system via various modalities.

Abstract: The present invention provides a multimass MEMS gyroscope featuring an orthogonal arrangement, which comprises an anchor point unit, a sensing unit and a driving unit; the anchor point unit comprises a central anchor point subunit located at the center of a rectangle and four corner anchor points located at the four corners of the rectangle respectively; the sensing unit comprises four detection mass blocks each of which has a frame structure and is elastically connected between the central anchor point subunit and the corresponding corner anchor point, receding spaces being formed between the detection mass blocks, and four detection decoupling parts; and the driving unit comprises four driving mass blocks, and driving decoupling parts. The gyroscope can improve the arrangement area of transducers and reduce the mass of the detection mass blocks to improve the Coriolis gain, thereby improving the mechanical sensitivity of the gyroscope.

Abstract: An automated checkout system accesses an image of an item inside a shopping cart and a location of the shopping cart within a store. The automated checkout system identifies a set of candidate items located within a threshold distance of the location of the shopping cart based on an item map. The item map describes a location of each item within the store and the location of each candidate item corresponds to a location of the candidate item on the item map. The automated checkout system inputs visual features of the item extracted from the image to a machine-learning model to identify the item by determining a similarity score between the item and each candidate item of the set of candidate items. After identifying the item, the automated checkout system displays a list comprising the item and additional items within the shopping cart to a user.

The docker image is parsed to identify layer files in the docker image. Installed software components (e.g., installed files) and/or hardware components in the layer files are identified. The barcode decoding system generates a binary sequence representation of the item identifier encoded in the barcode by applying a barcode classifier model to the barcode image, and decodes the item identifier from the barcode based on the binary sequence representation.

Abstract: Provided are fusion proteins that include an apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme catalytic subunit 3A (APOBEC3A) and a clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)-associated (Cas) protein, optionally further with uracil glycosylase inhibitor (UGI). Such a fusion protein is able to conduct base editing in DNA by deaminating cytosine to uracil, even when the cytosine is in a GpC context or is methylated.
