Abstract: One embodiment of a representative system for web integrated interactive voice response includes an interactive voice response system adapted to provide a plurality of voice menus to a user over a telephone and a graphical user interface system adapted to provide a plurality of menus in a graphical format to the user over a network connection. Information provided in the voice menus corresponds to information provided in the menus in the graphical format and is responsive to commands received by the graphical user interface system from the user. Other systems and methods are also provided.

The audio packages are distributed to gateways in the telecommunications network to enable the gateways to play audio to end users.

The wireless communication networks may include mobile and/or fixed wireless networks. The user device registers with the message service through at least one of the wireless communications networks. The user device may register through multiple wireless communication devices when available. The user device sends messages through the wireless network through which registration has been established and may apply rules to choose when registration has occurred via multiple wireless networks.

Abstract: A method for utilizing the caller identification information stored in call logs to retrieve address book entries stored in a database, enabling a reply to each call in the call log using the communication medium and contact address of choice. Using this method, a customer can access the call logs for various phone numbers using a computer and can link to additional contact information associated with each entry. This additional contact information is stored in an address book database, either locally or on a network.

The network processes the request and delivers the call log contents to the subscriber.

Abstract: Applications written in modern garbage collected languages like C# tend to have large dynamic working sets and poor data locality and are therefore likely to spend excess time on managing data movements between memory hierarchies. Instead, a low overhead dynamic technology improves data locality of applications. The technology monitors objects while the program runs and places recently accessed objects on the same page(s) on the heap. Providing increased page density is an effective method for reducing DTLB and/or data cache misses.
