    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a titanium implant with a surface coating in a crater-like porous shape. A titanium substrate is subjected to polishing, cleaning, and first drying in sequence to obtain a pretreated titanium substrate. This step eliminates an influence of roughness and surface impurities of the titanium substrate on roughness and a structure of a coating formed on a surface of the titanium substrate after micro-arc oxidation, so as to obtain a titanium implant with a specific structure and a desirable biological performance. The micro-arc oxidation is conducted using the pretreated titanium substrate as an anode and iron as a cathode in an electrolyte containing sodium phosphate. In this step, a micro-arc oxidation coating is formed on the surface of the titanium substrate to obtain the titanium implant with a surface coating in a crater-like porous shape.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic valve and an air conditioning system are provided. The electromagnetic valve includes a valve bonnet and a valve seat. The valve bonnet includes a large-diameter section and a small-diameter section, the small-diameter section extends into a mounting groove and is affixed to a groove wall of the mounting groove, and the large-diameter section abuts against the valve seat. A first sealing surface is formed by the large-diameter section abuts against the valve seat, and a second sealing surface is formed by the small-diameter section is affixed to the groove wall of the mounting groove. The valve bonnet and the valve seat are connected in a hard sealing connection manner at the first sealing surface, and the valve bonnet and the valve seat are connected in a soft sealing connection manner at the second sealing surface.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fiber membrane and a preparation method and use thereof, and belongs to the field of biological materials. The fiber membrane includes a fiber with a core-shell structure, where a core of the fiber includes simvastatin and a first spinnable polymer, and a shell of the fiber includes hydroxyapatite and a second spinnable polymer. In the fiber, a release of the simvastatin mainly depends on a rate of water invasion. After water invades the fiber, the simvastatin in the fiber leaves the fiber with the diffusion of water. In the present disclosure, a barrier function of the shell prevents moisture from entering the core. Therefore, the simvastatin in the core cannot leave the fiber with the diffusion of water molecules in an early stage, and a release rate of drugs is slowed down in the early stage, thereby controlling sustained release of the drugs.

In the present disclosure, the fiber membrane has a core-shell structure, the curcumin is provided in the core, and the shell prevents a rapid release of the curcumin in an early stage, thereby delaying a release rate of the curcumin to prevent the drug from forming a burst release in the early stage and causing toxic reactions.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a process and continuous system for producing LiPF6, and a prepared mixture crystal, composition, electrolyte solution and lithium ion battery containing LiPF6. During preparation, a first feed stream containing PF5 and a second feed stream containing LiF and HF are introduced into a first microchannel reactor, a gas part of a product in the first microchannel reactor is introduced into a second microchannel reactor to react with a third feed stream containing LiPF6, LiF and HF, and a liquid part of the product in the first microchannel reactor is subjected to crystallization and drying to obtain LiPF6. The LiPF6 has the advantages of a high purity, a uniform particle size, a high product quality stability, etc., and is suitable for use as a component of an electrolyte solution of a lithium ion battery.
