The present disclosure provides a process and architecture for high-resolution text-to-3D content creation.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a traffic flow forecasting method based on a multi-mode dynamic residual graph convolution network, including following steps: constructing a relationship matrix and an adaptive matrix to learn the site dependence relationship for historical traffic data of traffic stations; using multi-mode dynamic graph convolution to extract traffic characteristics corresponding to different traffic modes; embedding the graph convolution into the gated cyclic neural network to realize the combination of space dependence and time dependence of traffic flow; connecting the network by using the dynamic residual, and combining the input traffic data with the decoding data to obtain the final forecasting value. The application utilizes two different methods to construct adjacency matrix, effectively captures traffic flow characteristics corresponding to different traffic modes, and dynamically fuses traffic flow characteristics of two different modes.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diode (LED) and a manufacturing method thereof. The UV LED structure includes: a substrate, and an undoped AlN layer, an undoped AlGaN layer, an N-type doped AlGaN layer, an AlGaN quantum well structure, and an AlGaN electron barrier layer that are sequentially grown on one surface of the substrate; and P-type nanopillars vertically grown on the AlGaN electron barrier layer, where an N-electrode and a P-electrode are evaporated on the P-type nanopillar. In the UV LED structure according to the present disclosure, the diameter of the P-type nanopillar is controllable, and the density of the nanopillars is controllable. Metallic microbeads formed after annealing of a metal film are capable of guiding and catalyzing growth of nanopillars, such that the nanopillars grow vertically.

The substrate is provided with a front surface circuit layer on a front surface and an electric bonding pad on a rear surface. An inner wall of the light-emitting cup is a light-concentrating reflecting surface. The light-emitting cup is open at both ends, one end of the light-emitting cup is a light-emitting port, and the other end is fixedly disposed on the front surface of the substrate. The UV LED chip, the protection chip, the detection chip are all disposed in a functional region of the front surface circuit layer. The detection chip and the protection chip are both located at a side of the UV LED chip that is away from the light-emitting port. A lens is fixedly disposed at the light-emitting port.

    Abstract: A method of atmospheric inorganic and organic nitrogen quantification is disclosed. The ambient air is sampled by drawing it through an inlet followed by a denuder to reduce positive artifacts. After artifact removal, the air sample is collected onto a filter. The filter is subjected to thermal evolution under stepwise temperature program to generate a gaseous product mixture. In the presence of oxygen-containing carrier gas, the gaseous product mixture is oxidized to form oxidized gaseous products of CO2 and nitrogen oxides. Then, the nitrogen oxides products are processed to form an NO product and reacted with ozone to form an excited NO2* molecule. By quantifying the intensity of fluorescence, the concentration of NO2* molecule is measured, which determines the nitrogen content in the aerosol sample. The differentiation of inorganic and organic nitrogen is achieved through processing the thermally evolved carbon and nitrogen signals using multivariate curve resolution data treatment.
