In one embodiment, a method performed by a communication device includes: receiving configuration information from a first communication node, wherein the first communication node is part of a first cell or a first carrier; determining a second communication node based on the configuration information, wherein the second communication node is part of a second cell or a second carrier; and initializing a random access procedure or continuing with the random access procedure on the second communication node.

Abstract: A method for configuring a gap includes transmitting, by a first base station, a first message to a user equipment to configure the gap, the first message including first time reference information and the first timing reference information indicating a cell including, a primary cell of the first base station, a primary cell of a second base station, or a serving cell; and configuring, by using the first message, the user equipment to use a system frame number and a subframe of the cell for gap calculation.

Abstract: Provided is a method, network device and system for implementing data processing. The method includes: transmitting, by a first network device, a request message to a second network device; feeding, by the second network device, a response message back to the first network device according to the request message received from the first network device; receiving, by the first network device, the response message fed back by the second network device, and transmitting an indication message to a third network device; and receiving, by the third network device, the indication message transmitted by the first network device, and processing data according to the indication message. The embodiments of the present application implement data splitting and handover processing for a next-generation mobile communication technology.

In one embodiment, a method performed by a communication node includes: sending a capability request message to a communication device, wherein the communication node communicates from a satellite in orbit; receiving capability information from the communication device in response to the capability request message; and determining a data link buffer size associated with communications between the communication node and the communication device based on the capability information.

The driver is disposed in the bulb cap, whereas the filament unit is disposed within the interior space and the bottom of the filament unit is electrically connected with the driver. The reflector ring surrounds the exterior of the bottom of the filament unit, and is configured to reflect the light emitted from the filament unit to decrease the dark area at the top portion of the filament bulb.
