    Abstract: A method for preparing V-type porous starch includes: mixing starch and a first ethanol solution in a reaction kettle, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to the reaction kettle for acidity regulation, and controlling a temperature of a reaction system in the reaction kettle at 80-150° C.; cooling the reaction kettle, and adding a sodium hydroxide solution to the reaction system in the reaction kettle, until a pH of a mixture in the reaction kettle is neutral, to yield a starch solution; and centrifuging the starch solution, washing a collected precipitate with a second ethanol solution, leaching, drying, cooling, and pulverizing, to yield V-type porous starch.

    Abstract: An induction heating system for a silicon steel core with a self-adhesive coating that includes an induction heating device having a columnar induction heating coil with a hollow cavity that carries out induction heating on a silicon steel plate at a medium frequency of 6-20 KHz. By rapid induction heating at a medium frequency, a silicon steel core with a self-adhesive coating can be rapidly cured, thereby greatly shortening the processing time, improving production efficiency, and facilitating automated operation in the production of a silicon steel core with a self-adhesive coating. The system also ensures the quality of the cured core products that can be widely applied in the field of the production of silicon steel cores with a self-adhesive coating.

The collector has two sectional openings in the direction perpendicular to the symmetric axis thereof, which are positioned in the front and in the rear respectively, one of them positioned at the bottom end of the collector and having a smaller radius is used to input the light emitted by LED to be measured, the other positioned in the front end of the collector and having a larger radius is used to output the light to the detector placed in this position. Specifically, LED is fixed at the bottom end of the collector with a fixture, the light emitted by LED is directed toward the large opening of the collector, and the photometer is fixed closely at the large opening of the collector to receive light signals.

The light source is lighted by the driver. The narrow beam standard light source (both luminous flux standard and spectrum standard) is placed on the interior surface of integrating sphere, there is not any baffle in the sphere, and a narrow aperture fiber transfers the light to a multi-channel spectrometer which measures the spectrum distribution of LED and calculates its total luminous flux. The equipment in this invention is easy to use, has small error and low cost, and can achieve accurate results for LED's total luminous flux.
