    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for determining a position of a transitional lead, and a computer device. The method includes: obtaining an R-wave amplitude corresponding to each of chest leads, where the chest leads include a V1 lead, a V2 lead, a V3 lead, a V4 lead, a VS lead, and a V6 lead; obtaining an S-wave amplitude corresponding to each chest lead; and determining a position of a transitional lead according to a sum of the R-wave amplitudes and the S-wave amplitudes corresponding to all the chest leads. In the foregoing manner, accuracy of determining the position of the transitional lead can be improved to a certain extent.
