The device includes the following: a location calculating unit to calculate location of the target terminal and determine the location information, and a third party location reporting unit to send the location information of the target terminal to the third party terminal periodically or only when the area triggered condition is sufficed. With the present invention, the third party terminal can obtain the location information of the target terminal periodically or receive the notice of the target terminal's entry into/exit from a target area, in accordance with the principles of periodical location or area trigger location. Thereby, the invention supplies new location service application and satisfies the subscriber's demand for different location service applications.

Abstract: A method of Secure User Plane Location includes: receiving, by a home SUPL Location Platform (H-SLP) of a target SUPL Enabled Terminal (target SET), a positioning request of the target SET from an SUPL Agent; positioning, by the H-SLP, the target SET and obtaining a position estimate of the target SET; sending, by the H-SLP, a location notification message carrying the position estimate of the target SET to a third party client based on information of the third party client obtained. Embodiments of the present invention also disclose an SUPL system including: an SUPL Agent, an H-SLP and a third party client. The technical solutions in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention meet the demand of informing the third party client of the position estimate of the target SET and further extend the application scope of the SUPL protocol.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for mobile email adaptation, which sets an adaptation server separated from the mail proxy server, while a mobile email server can ask the adaptation server to fulfill the adaptation function for the content of the mail. Therefore, the adaptation function is stripped from the mail proxy server, the burden on the proxy server is decreased, and the possible bottleneck of the system is avoided. And the adaptation is concentrated in the adaptation server of the mobile email server end, instead of being distributed into each proxy server. So it is more convenient for concentrative manage and function upgrade. As a plurality of mobile email servers could access the same adaptation server, the network organization is more convenient and flexible.
