Abstract: The present disclosure is related to the field of enzyme inhibitors, and in particular to a hydroxamic acid derivative, a method for producing the same and use thereof. The hydroxamic acid group of the hydroxamic acid derivative can be chelated with zinc ions in the LpxC active area, and the derivative has a hydrophobic side chain which can bind to hydrophic channels in the enzyme LpxC. These guarantee that the hydroxamic acid derivative has good bactericidal activity against Gram-negative bacteria and low toxicity. The present disclosure also provides a method for producing the hydroxamic acid derivative, which requires a shorter reaction time and can provide the derivative with a high yield.

Abstract: A method for weakening delays resulted from failures of multiple continuous nodes in a DBFT distributed network is provided. In step S1, whether a view index is equal to zero is determined, if yes, a new Leader index is obtained according to a first rule and the method processes to step S3, otherwise processes to step S2. In step S2, the new Leader index is obtained according to a second rule, and whether a proposal proposed by a node corresponding to the new Leader index is passed is determined. If yes, the method processes to step S3, otherwise, step S2 is implemented repeatedly until the proposal proposed by the node corresponding to the new Leader index is passed. In step S3, the node corresponding to the new Leader index is taken as a new Leader. Then the delays caused by multiple continuous nodes in the DBFT distributed network are weaken.

Abstract: A system for isolated management of digital assets is disclosed which including a financial management server communicating with an external network, a management server communicating with the financial management server through a first communication channel, a key server communicating with the management server through a second communication channel, and a first offline encryption machine communicating with the key server through a third communication channel. A method for isolated management of digital assets is further disclosed. By implementing the system and method for isolated management of digital assets, the private key is stored in the offline encryption machine and the signature is also carried out in the offline encryption machine, such that the key security can be guaranteed. In additional, the system is isolated through the multi-layer network isolation, the defects of being vulnerable to network attacks, having greater security risks and information leakage risks, can be avoided.

Abstract: A user credit scoring method in a decentralized identity system is provided. The verifiable credential issuer registers with the identity registry based on its own key and business keyword. The credential inspection verifier sets the business keyword information. The identity holder registers with the verifiable credential issuer based on its own key and registration information. The identity holder obtains the verifiable credential from the verifiable credential issuer based on a request of the credential inspection verifier. The identity holder signs the verifiable credential and submits the signed verifiable credential to the credential inspection verifier. The credential inspection verifier verifies the verifiable credential, calculates the credit score of the identity holder, and then evaluates whether the credit score meets the business requirement.—The user credit can be evaluated quickly, accurately and effectively, thus reducing the business risk in the decentralized system.

The private keys are stored in the different encryption machines and the signatures are also carried out in the different encryption machine, such that even if some encryption machines are hacked, the private key will not be disclosed.
