Abstract: The present invention discloses a mode switching method and device. The technical solution of the present invention includes: receiving a first switching instruction for switching a working mode of a terminal to target mode; switching the working mode of the terminal to the target mode according to the first switching instruction, where the target mode indicates that a circuit switch CS domain service is in a disconnected state, and a packet switch PS domain service is in a connected state. Embodiments of the present invention are mainly applied in a mode switching process and solve the problem that when a terminal is switched to an offline mode, the terminal is in a power-off state relative to a network, so in addition to that calls and short messages in a CS domain service cannot be received, network data services in a PS domain service cannot be used as well.

Abstract: Systems and methods for multispectral imaging are disclosed. The multispectral imaging system can include a near infrared (NIR) imaging sensor and a visible imaging sensor. The disclosed systems and methods can be implemented to improve alignment between the NIR and visible images. Once the NIR and visible images are aligned, various types of multispectral processing techniques can be performed on the aligned images.

The network selection method is applied to a terminal device based on a subscriber identity module SIM card, and includes preferentially camping a circuit switched CS domain on a first network and preferentially bearing a CS domain service by the first network; preferentially camping a packet switched PS domain on a second network and preferentially bearing a PS domain service by the second network; when communication quality of the second network fails to meet requirements of the PS domain service, camping the PS domain on the first network and bearing the PS domain service by the first network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relates to a method for triggering joint registration performed by an LTE single-card dual-standby multi-mode terminal, and a terminal, so as to solve a technical problem in the prior art that LTE network registration and 2G/3G network registration are separately performed so the power consumption of the terminal is increased. The joint registration method includes: determining, by a terminal, a location area identity of a 2G/3G network in which registration is to be performed; and, sending, by the terminal, an attach request message to a mobile management entity of an LTE network, where the attach request message contains the location area identity, so as to trigger the joint registration which is in the LTE network and the 2G/3G network and is performed together by the terminal and the mobile management entity of the LTE network.

Abstract: Near infra-red images of natural scenes usually have better contrast and contain rich texture details that may not be perceived in visible light photographs. The contrast and rich texture details form a NIR image corresponding to a visible light image are useful for enhancing the visual quality of the visible light image. To enhance the visual quality of a visible light image using its corresponding near infra-red image, a computer-implemented method computes a weight region mask from the visible light image, transfers contrast data and texture data from the near infra-red image to the visible light image guided by the weighted region mask. The contrast data is computed from the low frequency subbands of the visible light image and corresponding infra-red image after a wavelet transform by matching the histogram of gradient magnitude. The texture data is computed from the high frequency subbands of both images after wavelet transform.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a method for global parameterization and quadrangulation on point cloud. The method comprises: (a) computing and smoothing principal direction field over the point cloud; (b) performing a global parameterization of the point cloud; (c) constructing a quad mesh from the resultant parameterization. The present method is fully automatic, and can be used to all point models with any genus values. This approach can be used to many applications, such as texture mapping, surface fitting and shape analysis.
