In the method, the stepwise regression analysis is performed on the lip sticking force and values of the dynamic friction coefficient and the grammage of the cigarette tipping paper to obtain a model for predicting the lip sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper. When checking the accuracy of the model, it is found that the predicted value and the measured value basically fall near the 1:1 line, R2 index is 0.99, and the normalized root mean square error (nRMSE) is 2.64%.
