A projection position of the first end on a plane of the signal reference ground is outside a projection area of the first radiation patch on the plane of the signal reference ground is located, and a projection position of the second end on the plane of the signal reference ground is inside the projection area of the first radiation patch on the plane of the signal reference ground. The self-locking device is configured to generate frictional resistance to the rotary screw when the rotary screw rotates reversely, and the self-locking device includes a release torsion spring. The hand-pull release assembly includes a first driving member connected with the clutch device and a second driving member connected with the self-locking device, and has an initial state and a fully released state. During the process from the initial state to the fully released state, the first driving member drives the clutch device to disconnect power, and the second driving member drives the release torsion spring to extend.

The transition point is determined based on at least one of a distance to the destination point or a predetermined distance to a boundary of the side of the lane. The first segment from a start point to the transition point is generated by using a quadratic programming (QP) operation. The second segment from the transition point to the destination is generated based on a shape of the boundary. The ADV is controlled to pull over to the destination point according to the planned path.

    Abstract: A harmless low-consumption on-orbit continuous launch system includes a satellite platform, a launch apparatus and a plurality of CubeSats. The satellite platform carries the launch apparatus and dozens or hundreds of CubeSats, and is launched from a ground into an orbit for on-orbit operation. The launch apparatus is configured to store the plurality of CubeSats and provide power for on-orbit launching of each of the CubeSats. A solid working medium in the launch apparatus is activated by heating to undergo a phase change, and the activated solid working medium expands instantly and is converted into a high-pressure gaseous working medium. The high-pressure gaseous working medium does work to eject the CubeSats, such that the CubeSats obtain a speed increment. The CubeSats enter a transfer orbit towards different target spacecraft through the speed increment applied by the launch apparatus to perform a plurality of different on-orbit serving missions.

    Abstract: During the transition period from 4G and long-term evolution (LTE) to 5G technology, for 5G capable user equipment (UE), it is preferred to utilize non-standalone (NSA) cells that support 5G technology rather than LTE only cells. To enable such preference, a fingerprint database recording known neighboring NSA cells to LTE only cells and a flag for identifying NSA cells in the acquisition database of the UE can be used to prioritize searching for NSA cells on startup and to expedite reselection to an NSA cell when camping on LTE only cells. To avoid excess battery drain when camping on LTE only cells since searching for cells consumes significant power of the UE, a series of timers and a counter can be used to disable the NSA preferred feature if an NSA cell is not found after a reasonable search while camping on the LTE only cell.

A passing lane boundary that can be utilized by the ADV is determined based on the lane configuration of the road and the obstacle boundary of the obstacle. A passable area is calculated within the passing lane boundary based on a size of the ADV. The passable area is utilized by the ADV to pass the obstacle without collision. Thereafter, a trajectory is planned within the passable area boundary to control the ADV to pass the obstacle.
