The method comprises sampling an incoming current to the CB to determine a maximum value of a slope of a curve of the incoming current. The method includes sampling the incoming current again before a level of the incoming current reaches a predetermined, preset, selected, or calculated SC threshold value THSC for the CB. The method involves determining from the sampled incoming current that a value of the slope of the incoming current has changed from its maximum slope value to a lower slope value to thereby determine that the incoming current is indicative of a SC like event and does not comprise a real SC event.

The first zone is configured for depositing a first film to the underside surface of the wafer and the second zone is configured for depositing a second film to the underside surface of the wafer. The masking plate is configured with a first area that has openings and a second area that is masked. Reprogramming using functional analogs of the compounds is also provided, as are pharmaceutical formulations that contain the drug combinations.

    Abstract: A method for obstacle avoidance in degraded environments of robots based on intrinsic plasticity of an SNN is disclosed. A decision network in a synaptic autonomous learning module takes lidar data, distance from a target point and velocity at a previous moment as state input, and outputs the velocity of left and right wheels of the robot through the autonomous adjustment of the dynamic energy-time threshold, so as to carry out autonomous perception and decision making. The method solves the difficulty of the lack of intrinsic plasticity in the SNN, which leads to the difficulty of adapting to degraded environments due to the homeostasis imbalance of the model, is successfully deployed in mobile robots to maintain a stable trigger rate for autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance in degraded, disturbed and noisy environments, and has validity and applicability on different degraded scenes.
